Complaints Procedure

We recognise that occasionally you may feel the need to make complaint.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, in the first instance, we would always encourage you to speak with your child’s teacher to ensure we are aware of the complaint.  Alternatively, or as a next step, we would encourage you to speak directly with the Headteacher.
